Nesta Toys is looking for a Digital Marketing Lead to Responsibilities 
  • Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns
  • Design, build and maintain our social media presence
  • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
  • Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
  • Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
  • Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests
  • MBA in Marketing or General Management
  • Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns
  • Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels
  • Experience with A/B Testing and multivariate experiments
  • Knowledge of website analytics tools
  • Experience in setting up and optimizing Google AdWords and Amazon Ad campaigns


Inventory Management Lead


Nesta Toys is looking for an Inventory Management Lead to



  • Design and implement an inventory tracking system to optimize inventory control procedures.
  • Document daily deliveries and shipments to update inventory.
  • Prepare detailed reports on inventory operations, stock levels, and adjustments.
  • Evaluate new inventory to ensure it’s ready for shipment.
  • Perform daily analysis to predict potential inventory problems.
  • Order new supplies to avoid inefficiencies or excessive surplus.
  • Analyze different suppliers to obtain the best cost-effective deals.



  • MBA in Operations
  • A minimum of 3 years’ experience in Inventory Management or Vendor Management
  • Solid knowledge of data analysis, inventory management software, and forecasting techniques.
  • An analytical mind with strong attention to detail.



eCommerce Sales Account Manager



  • Responsible for maintaining relation on behalf of the company with E Commerce retailers
  • Responsible for our business through E Commerce channel
  • Identify new business opportunities regarding new players, more products with same retailers and increase of current business
  • Communicate new launches, offers and promotions, changes in SKU and any other relevant information
  • Analyse data and sales statistics and translate results into better solutions
  • Responsible for receipt of timely payments to be received from retailer and any payment to be done to retailer
  • Responsible for doing advance business planning with the retailer
  • Market Research and competitive analysis




  • MBA in Marketing or General Management
  • Four to five years’ previous work experience in sales, management, key account management, or relevant experience
  • Strong negotiation skills, with ability follow-through on client contracts
  • Ability to multitask and manage more than one client account
